Overview

At Steps & Stops LLC, we aim to provide our customers with products and services they love. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refund policy allows for refunds within 14 days of purchase or delivery (whichever is later) across our products and services, subject to the conditions outlined below. Delivery date will be determined by tracking information or estimated delivery time if tracking is not available, and will be established by Steps & Stops LLC.

Physical Books

For physical books purchased from our website, customers can request a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the book is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Products (eBooks)

Due to the nature of digital content, which can be downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds for eBooks may be provided within 14 days of purchase if technical issues prevent access or if the content significantly differs from the description. We reserve the right to verify these claims and offer other remedies before issuing a refund.

Digital Workbooks

Due to the nature of digital content, which can be downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds for digital workbooks are available within 7 days of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or feel that the content does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within this period.

Refunds will not be issued after the 7-day window has passed. We reserve the right to verify claims and offer alternative remedies before issuing a refund. Refund requests for reasons such as technical issues or significant differences between the content and description may still be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

Memberships and Courses

For memberships and specific courses that involve one-time fees or recurring subscriptions:

  • Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase or renewal, provided no more than 25% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • For recurring memberships, customers can cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, access to the membership area remains active until the end of the paid subscription period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time.

Merchandise

Merchandise fulfilled by third-party vendors will be subject to this same 14-day refund policy, within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund. Specific conditions and terms related to third-party vendors will be provided at the time of purchase. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, if applicable

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@stepsandstops.com with your order details. Please include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request in your email. Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days after approval, and refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exceptions

The 14-day refund window is firm. Exceptions to this policy may be considered in extraordinary circumstances, solely at the discretion of Steps & Stops LLC.
